Anything with bread and cheese is tasty, right?
That was my reasoning when I decided to try out this recipe. It combines three of my favorite foods into one appetizer: bread, goat cheese and spinach.
I figured I couldn’t go wrong, and I was right.
My husband and I both devoured these tasty nibbles in no time. That’s probably not the idea, so I’ll make sure to have other folks around to share the calories next time I make them. They’re perfect for a party or tailgate.
These appetizers were super-easy to make and mainly used ingredients I already had in the fridge and pantry. I skipped the walnut oil because I didn’t have any on hand and I completely forgot the cider vinegar. Next time, I’d put in less olive oil, maybe one tablespoon instead of two.
