I would make this recipe every night if I could.

- I can serve it to guests or bring to a potluck because they’re eye-pleasing, tasty and portable.
- Asparagus tastes yummy as leftovers.
- I can eat as much as I want and not feel guilty. (So, actually, my house often doesn’t have leftovers.)
